This morning I am going to write a little about digital photo frames. My old one broke several months ago and I have been debating what to do. In the end I went for a NixPlay 10.1 inch touch screen. (https://www.nixplay.co.uk/pages/nixplay-smart-photo-frame-10-1-inch-wi-fi-overview )
The main reason is the quality and easy usage. Setup was easy and went without a hitch. Out of the biox there are two options. 1, use the stand provided or 2, wall mount it. I went for the stand option but noticed there was a very convenient template for drilling holes in the wall etc if that was the option I wanted. Plugged in, switch on, easy WiFi connection and away we went. I opened the app, added the new frame using the serial number and away we went. I assigned my old playlist, uploaded a load of photos and bam, it worked. We recently had friends move to Australia and wanted to be able to keep in touch. I added them to my play list so we can all share our photos and see them. You can schedule operating times, so it comes on at 7am when we get up and goes off at 11pm when we (sometimes) go to bed.
All in all it was a doddle to get working. They have other versions, and nearly always have some kind of money off offer whether it’s mother’s day, Christmas or summer. Everything is secured using the latest encryptions, so your photos are safe and only available to those you want them shared with. You can link directly to Facebook and many other social media platforms. But best of all, if you have an older member of the family or someone who might be a little lonely, this may just bring them some happiness. As long as they have WiFi, you can directly share photos and videos with them. Just upload via the app, and within seconds its with them.Â
